Prep Time

15 minutes. Makes 2 1 L. bottles.

Ingredients

  • 397 g. Sweet Condensed Milk
  • 340 oz. Evaporated Milk
  • 383 g. Coconut Milk
  • 425 g. Cream of Coconut, Coco Lopez
  • 1 tsp. Trade East Ground Cinnamon
  • ⅓ tsp. Trade East Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. Gordon Choice Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pinch Trade East Ground Cloves
  • 2½ c. Light Rum (optional)

Recipe Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until combined.
  2. Pour into glass bottles, seal tightly and refrigerate. 
  3. Shake well before serving.
  4. Serve cold in small drink glasses and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon, if desired.
