  • 113 g Ice
  • 340 g Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
  • 113 g GFS Bananas, sliced
  • 2 tsp GFS Honey
  • ¼ tsp Trade East Ground Ginger
  • ¼ tsp Trade East Ground Allspice
  • to taste Kosher Salt

Recipe Preparation

1. Crush the ice in a blender.

2. Add yogurt and pulse into the ice.

3. Add the remaining ingredients and purée until smooth.

4. Pour into a chilled glass or refrigerate until needed.
