Sybil has a Bachelor of Commerce Hotel & Food Administration from the University of Guelph, Culinary Management Diploma, and Food and Nutrition Management post graduate diploma from George Brown College. She has experience working in professional hotel kitchens and retirement home kitchens. More recently she worked as a diet technician and foodservice supervisor in an acute care facility.
