Our Nutrition Resource Centre develops and releases Long-term Care menus twice a year in Cycle Menu Management. The menus are written to help you meet Provincial regulations and Federal guidelines such as Canada’s Food Guide. They are also based on regional preferences. You can use these templates as written or modify them to meet your needs.

Resident Management Solutions

As communities become more focused on resident-centred care, it is essential to have a solution to organize resident information. The Resident Management modules provide not only a way to organize resident detail but also reports that help with communication to food and nutrition services staff.

Tray Card

A simple way to manage resident dining with printed reports and cards that include:

  • Supplements and adaptive equipment

Tray Ticket (works in combination with Menu Planning)

A more comprehensive solution that provides all that the Tray Card module has to offer but also gives you the ability to generate menus that are corrected for resident-specific information such as:

  • Allergies
  • Dislikes
  • Dining location


Tableside is an add-on module to the Tray Ticket module and presents a unique way to revolutionize the dining experience in your community. The module works with a tablet to display pictures of meals at point of service. It also incorporates resident dietary information in the meals offered and allows resident pictures for staff to refer to.
