Preparation Instructions
Wash hands. Wash all fresh, unpackaged produce under running water. Drain well. 1] Add the olive oil to a heated, nonstick sauce pan. Add the onions, celery and garlic. Cook until tender. Add the mushrooms and wine. Bring to a boil. Simmer 1-2 minutes. 2] Add chicken gravy. Simmer 2-3 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Adjust to desired consistency, if necessary, with chicken stock or water. 3] Allow to cool. Transfer to a covered storage container, label, date, and refrigerate until needed. CCP: Refrigerate at 5°C, or below.
