Instructions

Wash hands. Wash all fresh, unpackaged produce under running water. Drain well. 
1] Combine wine, shallots and garlic in a nonstick pan and bring to a boil. 2] add chicken gravy, heavy cream and black pepper. Simmer 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently. 3] Transfer to a covered storage container. Cover, label, date and refrigerate until needed. CCP: Refrigerate at 5°C, or below.
