Prosciutto and Grilled Peach Panini


  • 1 un Peach
  • 5 ml Balsamic Vinegar
  • 20 g Crumbled Goat Cheese
  • 2 slices Sienna Bakery Multi-Grain Panini Bread Loaf
  • 3 slices Fresh Cured Sliced Prosciutto Ham
  • 30 g Organic Baby Arugula
  • 15 ml Poppyseed Dressing


Wash hands. 1] Cut the peach in half and remove the pit. 2] Rub with a little oil and balsamic vinegar, season with salt and pepper and lightly grill. Slice into thin slices. 3] Place the goat cheese on the bottom half of the bread. Top with prosciutto, arugula tossed with poppyseed dressing and grilled peaches. 4] Top with more goat cheese. 5] Place the top half of the bread on the sandwich and grill in a Panini press until heated through and golden.
