The Nutrition Resource Centre at Gordon Food Service is dedicated to providing customers with evidence-based nutrition and food safety information. Our Registered Dietitians and dedicated support team are here to provide you with the latest nutrition, wellness, and food-safety information. Access numerous nutrition and food service resources and educational materials including: Educational and training tools that address a number of common food service issues including food safety, allergens, customer service, texture modified diets, and diet restrictions.
